| 摘 要： | 公开审判是我国诉讼活动的重要法定原则,也是我国现行法律确立的一项重要司法制度,但在司法实践中仍然存在着许多问题。正视我国公开审判制度在司法实践中存在的问题,分析影响我国审判公开的原因,进而提出进一步完善公开审判制度的建议。

| Abstract: | Public trial is a basic principle of judicial act,which is also established as an important legal system of Chinese existing law.But there are still problems in the operating process.After inspecting the defects of public trial in judicial application of China,the writer analyses the reasons and gives proposals for perfection of this system. |
