复合增塑剂增塑淀粉研究

摘    要:用甘油/尿素/甲酰胺复合增塑剂对玉米淀粉进行增塑处理制成了可塑性淀粉.研究了复合增塑剂中醇和酰胺的配比对可塑性淀粉力学性能的影响.结果表明,醇/酰胺复合增塑剂可赋予淀粉可塑性,两类增塑剂之间存在着协同效应,最佳协同配比为3/7~4/6.

Abstract:The plastic starch was made of corn starch plasticized by urea,formamide and glycerol.The mechanical properties of plastic starch made of com-plasticizer in different formulation were studied.The results showed that com-plasticizer containing alcohol and amide can plasticize starch,alcohol-plasticizer and amide-plasticizer have synergy in plasticizing efficiency,the best synergic ratio was between 3/7 and 4/6.
