特有种四合木种群遗传结构分析

摘    要:对四合木种群的遗传结构进行了研究.结果表明,四合木在种群水平上维持较高的遗传多样性.大部分遗传多样性存在于种群内,种群间的遗传分化很低.四合木的较高的遗传多样性是在长期进化过程中适应生境条件变化形成的.其基因组DNA存在较高的变异性,各种群之间存在一定的基因流,四合木各种群可看成是meta-种群,应注意保护四合木中具有丰富的遗传多样性的meta-种群.

Abstract:Tetraena mongolica Maxim(Zygophyllaceae) is a narrow endemic species distributed in the west of Ords plateau.Analysis of the genetic structure indicated that T.mongolica population maintain higher genetic diversity.Most of the genetic diversity exist within population and low genetic differentiation among populations.The high genetic diversity of T.mongolica populations has been formed in the process of long evolutional adaptation to the adverse habitat.There is a very high variation of genomic DNA in T.mongolica and some degree of gene flow among the populations.The populations can be consided meta-population of which the genetic diversity should be conserved.
