| Abstract: | The human intelligence network plays an important role in the course of digging the competitive intelligence within the organization. This paper defines the scope of the human intelligence network within the organizations, discusses on the factors influencing the human intelligence network, and according to the model of the knowledge exchanging, puts forward some suggestions on how to construct the human intelligence network. |
