| 摘 要： | 由葡萄糖酸钙制备-δ-内酯已有报道,但国内收率仅45-55％。本文研究了温度、浓度、减粘剂对于δ内酯结晶收率、纯度、晶析时间的影响。部分改进了制备方法,将收率提高到65-72％(理论收率为79.5％)。产品纯度达到日本同类产品水平。

The Preparation and Determination of GDL |

| Abstract: | The syntheses of Delta-glucolactone(GDL) from calcium glu-conate have been reported in the literature, but the yields of GDL in their methods were only 45-55%. In this paper, the effect of temperature, concentration, and solvents upon the crystallization is investigated. It produces GDL crystal of high purity with a toal yield 65-72%. |
