轴向柱塞泵流量脉动的理论研究

摘    要:本文提出了轴向柱塞泵的工作状态是排液两要素统一的新观念,对柱塞泵可能的结构形式及流量特性进行了全面研究、分析和比较,推导了流量脉动系数公式。本文的结论是,奇偶数柱塞泵均有最佳结构形式,但后者较好。

Abstract:A new concept is presented that the working order of an axial piston pump is the unity of two factors of the liquid displacement. The different possible construction and the flow characteristics of a piston pump are investigated, analyzed and compared exhaustively. And then the formulae of flow pulsation coefficient is derived. The conclusion is that both the axial pump with even pistons and that with odd ones have their own optimum structures, and the former has clear advantcgcs over the latter.
