| 摘 要： | 从选题策划、稿源策划、栏目策划、版面策划和包装策划等方面简要介绍了科技期刊编辑策划的重要性和主要内容，并就科技期刊编辑策划中应注意的问题进行了探讨，提出应通过增强期刊编辑人员的策划意识、强化科学管理、充分发挥期刊编辑委员会的作用等措施来提高科技期刊编辑策划工作的质量。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces significance and main contents of editorial pl anning of sci-tech periodical from aspects of topic selected planning, contribu tion sources planning,clomn planning, layout planning and packing planning and s o on, probes into issue needing attention in editorial planning of, proposes cou ntermeasures of improving editorial planning quality of sci-tech periodical suc h as heightening editors' planning consciousness, strengthening scientific manag ement, bringing function of editorial committee into play, etc. |
