四川石棉县矿产资源可持续开发利用之对策

在地处扬子地台西缘的石棉县境内 ,地质构造复杂 ,矿产资源丰富 ,共发现 2 3个以上的矿种 ,矿产地 92处。针对该地区矿产资源勘查程度较低 ,存在不合理开发 ,缺乏综合利用 ,废物处理及环境保护与治理重视不够等现状问题 ,制定出对策 :加强矿产资源开发的管理 ;发展石灰石、花岗石、大理石等的开发 ;对煤、石棉、蹄矿等进一步勘查 ,扩大规模 ;控制铅锌、金(银 )、铜矿的开采 ,增加新的矿产地和储量 ;力争在寻找富铁、富铜、铬、铂、稀有、钨、锡矿等方面取得突破 ;加大科技投入 ,开发与保护并重

ON SUSTAINABLE EXPLOITATION OF MINERAL RESOURCES OF SHIMIAN COUNTY,SICHUAN

The Shimian, with complicated geological structures, is located County in the western margin of Yangtze platform and rich in mineral resources. so for more than 23 mineral types, 92 mineral land have been found. However, problems such as poor exploration extent, unreasonable exploitation, lack of comprehensive utilization and neglect of environment protection exist in Shimian County. Countermeasures such as strengthening control over exploitation of limestone, granite and marble, further exploration of coal, asbestos, tellurium ores, restrictive exploitation of Pb, Zn, Au(Ag), Cu ores, discovery of new mineral area of rich Fe, rich Cu, Cr, Pt, W, Sn, ores etc, improvement of science and technology level, laying equal stress on exploitation and protection are proposed.
