| 摘 要： | 通过对南京体育学院职业技术学院和江苏海事职业技术学院学生的自我认知特点、心理品质特点和文化素质特点等三方面进行比较研究分析，提出：1、继续加强体育类职业技术学院学生自我认知能力的培养；妥善利用学生心理品质特点，发挥他们的优点，改正缺点；2、加强体育类职业技术学院学生文化学习和专业技术的掌握；3、坚持以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向，根据培养高技能人才的教学目标设计适合体育类职业技术学院教学内容，注重课程设置的模块化，体现课程实用性、合理性；4、针对体育类职业技术学院学生的特点，采取开放管理与细节管理相结合的管理模式。
