| 摘 要： | 加入WTO后，我国必须处理好强化金融监管与金融适度开放的关系，监管模式要由分业监管逐渐向混业监管过渡。借鉴国外的经验，在监管中，要特别注意金融机构业务经营的合规性，资本充足性，资产质量，流动性，赢利能力，管理水平的内部控制。

| Abstract: | After jioning WTO, China must cope with the relation between financial supervisor and appropriate open supervisor pattern should be transferred slowly from a single supervisor to a mixing one. According to foreign experience, in supervisor we should pay more attention to the standardization of management, the sufficiency, quality and mobility of the capital, profit possibility and self_control. |
