摘    要:采用生物接触氧化工艺对某炼油厂轻度污染废水进行中试实验,研究了停留时间和气水比对处理效果的影响;观察到了高活性的生物膜;改进了砂滤池,提高了悬浮物的去除率.结果表明,采用该工艺处理炼油厂轻度污染废水,在停留时间为100min、气水比为3:1、砂滤池反冲洗周期为12h的条件下,可获得稳定的处理效果,出水指标可达到回用标准.

Abstract:A biological contact oxidation process was used to treat the low pollution concentration wastewater in a petroleum refinery on a pilot scale. The influences of hydraulic residence time and the flow ratio of gas to water on the treatment effect were then investigated. In the treatment process, biological membrane with high activity was observed. With the sand filter being improved, the removal efficiency of suspended substance increases. The result shows that by using the proposed process, with the conditions of 100min of hydraulic residence time, 3:1 of gas/water flow ratio and 12h of backwashing time for the sand filter, a steady treatment result can be obtained and the effluent can be reused.
