异型管双道次辊挤成型过程的研究

摘    要:利用大型非线性有限元分析软件对异型管双道次无芯棒辊挤成型过程进行了数值模拟,得到了成型过程中应力与变形的分布和变化情况以及变形后的异型管的断面形状,并通过实验验证了有限元分析的正确性.研究的结果可用于类似生产工艺的分析与设备设计.

Abstract:The non-mandrel double-pass roll extrusion process of square shaped tube was simulated using nonlinear FEM software. The distribution and variation of stress and deformation as well as the shape of the tube after forming were obtained. The simulation results were verified by experiments.
