| Abstract: | The laws of war have been applied fully to gain the command of the sea. We should acquaint ourselves thoroughly with the rules of a sea battle and humanitarian protection, which is not only an essential prerequisite in gaining the command of the sea, but also the main content of the laws of war applied to gain the command of the sea. |
