| Abstract: | Developing advanced military culture is the powerful means to deal with western culture challenges in the new era and the complex struggle in ideological and cultural fields as well as maintain military cultural security. It is also an important measure to effectively fulfill our army＇s historical mission, to constantly build and illustrate our army＇s good image and to enhance our army＇s soft power and its influence on international affairs in the world. It is strategically significant to deeply understand the extreme importance of military culture development. |
