Abstract:Individualized education is the way to foster students'personality. It is one of the important symbols of the innovation of current international education ideas, and the basic teaching theory and principles of National Medium and Long - Term Educational Reform and Development Plan (2010 -2020 ). The aim of the experimental study of formulaic sequences interdisciplinary teaching and speech production fluency based on learning community is to explore an effective way of individualized education for PE majors, developing their English speaking fluency, enriching formulaic sequences'theory, forming new class teaching mode to push forward our reform of higher education.
