高职院校教学秘书的职业困惑与解决路径

摘    要:高职院校的教学秘书在教学管理中有着举足轻重的作用,但他们在实际工作中常常面临尴尬的职业困惑:责任重,但有责无权,角色失调;长期超负荷工作而出现职业倦怠,因付出与回报的不匹配而造成心理失衡;培训机会少,专业知识不足,难以跟上信息化管理的步伐。要发挥教学秘书在工作中的积极性和主动性,需要院校和教学秘书本人共同努力:教学秘书本人要认清角色,努力增强职业认同感并树立服务意识,学校要建立合理的政策和奖励机制,为教学秘书提供多种形式的学习和培训机会。

Abstract:Teaching secretaries in high vocational colleges play key role in the teaching management, but they often encounter vocational dilemma in their practical work, that is, they have big duty but no power; they are tired of work owing to long -term overload and are psychologically unbalanced because they do not get what they deserve; they have difficulty in keeping up with the information manage- ment pace because they have no opportunity for training and lack professional knowledge. To give full play to the initiatives of teaching secretaries, colleges and teaching secretaries should make efforts together, that is, teaching secretaries should realize their roles and reinforce identity of vocation and set up service awareness while colleges should establish the reasonable award mechanism and provide various chances for learning and training.
