摘    要:采用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析法和聚类分析法研究蜂胶提取物的HPLC指纹图谱,比较两者的异同.结果表明:双指标序列分析法和聚类分析法都能反映蜂胶HPLC图谱的特征.前者利用共有峰率和变异峰率能指明任意2张样品图谱的差异,从而反映2个样品组分的差别,但样本量多时计算工作量大;后者能较快聚类大量的HPLC指纹图谱特征,并提供直观的分类图,但对图谱特征的鉴别能力不如前者.

Abstract:The common and variation peak rate dual-index sequence analysis and cluster analysis were compared for studying HPLC fingerprint of the extracts from propolis.The results showed that both methods can reflect the characteristics of propolis HPLC.The former indicates differences between two arbitrary sample HPlC,which reflects the difference of the two samples’ components,but large samples may increase the amount of calculation.The latter can quickly cluster a lot of HPLC fingerprint,and provide intuitive classification figure,but the identification of the characteristics of HPLC is inferior to the former method.
