摘    要:建筑复合墙板(Architectural composite wall panels,ACWP)近几年备受关注,它优点明显,具有优良的保温、隔音隔热等性能。本文回顾了过去五年关于ACWP的数值和试验研究,分别对ACWP的组成结构和试验研究两方面进行综述。本文不仅对ACWP的面板、内芯和剪切连接器进行分类,还对每一墙板特性进行描述,例如岩棉夹芯板具有良好的保温、防火、节能、环保等特点,是目前世界上最具前瞻性的节能保温、 绿色环保、艺术建筑的理想建筑板材。另外,本文还综述了近五年ACWP试验研究的最新进展,其中包括抗弯试验、抗震试验、保温性能、耐火性能、隔音性能。本综述将有助于科学研究人员和工程师更新复合墙板技术,并确定潜在的未来研究工作。

Abstract:In recent years, architectural composite wall panels (ACWP) have attracted extensive attention due to their advantage in thermal insulation, sound insulation and other aspects. In this paper, the numerical and experimental studies conducted on ACWP in the past five years are reviewed to summarize the composition of ACWP and the experimental research on it, respectively. It is not limited to classifying the panel, inner core and shear connector of ACWP. Instead, the characteristics of each wall panel were described in detail. For example, rock wool sandwich panel performs well in thermal insulation, fire protection, energy conservation, environmental preservation and other aspects, which makes it the most promising construction panel for energy conservation, heat preservation, environmental protection and artistic building around the world. In addition, this paper also presents a summary of the latest progress made in ACWP test research over the past five years, including bending test, seismic test, thermal insulation performance, fire resistance performance, and sound insulation performance. This is beneficial for scientific researchers and engineers to advance the composite wall panel technology and determine the focus of future research.
