高职教育创意类专业人才培养改革初探

未来创意产业对中国经济的全面协调发展和产业结构的进一步调整将越来越重要。受我国传统教育体制和当前激烈竞争环境的影响，作为创意产业核心的产业要素和产业资源的创意阶层相对缺乏，这一现象阻碍了我国创意产业的发展。作为培养复合型技能人才阵地的高职院校，应该肩负起培养适合产业需求的创意人才的重任；要开展专业课程体系设计与教学服务体系设计创新，并通过设立校企合作训练基地、学生项目组、教师工作室、企业生产线、产业孵化园等渠道，寻找工学结合的新途径。

Preliminary Study on Creative Talent Cultivation of Higher Vocational Education

In the future, the creative industries will be more and more important in China＇s economic development and coordination of the overall industrial structure adjustment. As the core elements of the creative industries, the relative deficiency of creative class in industrial elements and industry resource hinders the development of creative industries in China by China＇s traditional educational system and the current competitive environment. As the front of training multi-skilled personnel, higher vocational colleges should take up the responsibility of training talents for the creative industries; carry out the innovation of professional curriculum design and teaching service system design; combine learning with working to find a new way by means of establishing the training base for school-enterprise cooperation, the project team of students, teachers＇ studios, enterprise＇ production lines, industry hatch garden and so on.
