| Abstract: | The paper makes a preliminary exploration and research on the basis and basic characteristics of the personnel training mode of ＂positioning and duality＂, that is, cultivating students by planting them in posts and adopting the German dual- system approach of integrating learning in schools with practice in enterprises. Besides, it also gives a pertinent introduction of the forms and process of implementing the ＂positioning and duality＂, in the meantime, describes the actual effects of the creative personnel training mode. |
