谈教学过程的互适应原则

摘    要:在教学过程中,教师与学生处于共同活动的双边,是互为主体又互为客体的辩证关系,也即"教师为主体,学生为主体"。在这一规律的支配下,教学过程中就必然会有一种教师的教与学生的学之间的互相适应的现象,那就是教师的教要适应学生现有的学习特点和水平,学生的学也要适应教师的教学风格。在教学中,发展这种师生双方的互适应能使教学过程更协调、合作和顺利,发展它的关键是抓住发挥学生学习主动性这个互适应的交接点,并解决好有关问题。这一原理应该成为教学过程的组织和教学方法改革的重要指导原则之一。

Abstract:In the teaching process,teachers and students are participants in the common activities.They are subjects as well as objects.Therefore the mutual adaptability between the teaching of teachers and learning of students is inevitable to appear in the teaching process.Teachers' teaching must be oriented to the students' present learning characteristics and levels and students' learning must be adapted to the teachers' teaching style.In the teaching,the development of the mutual adaptability makes the teaching process more coordinative,cooperative and smooth.The key for this is to develop students' students' autonomous learning ability and solve problems.This is one of the most important principles for the organization of teaching process and reform of teaching method.
