铅蓄电池中Pb-Sb合金的正极腐蚀特性

摘    要:通过稳态恒电位极化曲线测量方法,发现Pb-Sb合金与纯Pb的恒电位腐蚀特性有着至关重要的差别:在PbO2/PbSO4电极平衡电位附近区域,纯Pb表现出为人们所熟知的腐蚀反应活化现象,而Pb-Sb合金却仍能保持高度钝化状态,说明合金中的Sb能够有效地抑制该电位区Pb腐蚀反应活化的倾向;而在除此之外的宽广电位区间内,两者之间的差别远没有如此明显.该活化电位区两者腐蚀特性如此显著的差异决定了Pb-Sb合金在多数情况下耐腐蚀性会优于纯Pb.不同极化条件下Pb和Pb-Sb合金腐蚀速率的实验测试结果证实了上述观点.

Abstract:By conventional electrochemical methods,a new phenomenon in the anodic corrosion of Pb Sb alloy was found. At constant potential corrosion, pure lead showed a well known characteristic active corrosion phenomenon around the equilibrium potential of PbO 2/PbSO 4 electrode, but lead antimony alloy didn't . This means the alloying antimony prevents the lead corrosion reaction from being activated effectively in the same polarizing condition. This is the main difference between Pb and Pb Sb alloy in their potentiostatic corrosion behaviour. And on the grounds of this, the difference of corrosion behaviour between lead and lead antimony at various operation conditions can be explained properly.
