复杂配电系统的可靠性评估

摘    要:提出一种基于最小割集的故障模式分析方法,对复杂配电系统进行可靠性评估。该方法将网络中的元件按照不同馈线进行组合,形成等效元件,并把等效元件作为评估的最小元素,在评估中将元素对负荷点可靠性的影响分为直接割集和间接割集,进行故障模式和故障后果分析。分析中考虑了分支线保护、隔离开关、计划检修、备用电源的影响,以及有无备用变压器的配电网络实际运行情况。通过对IEEE RBTS系统2的可靠性计算,验证了该方法的有效性。、

Abstract:The paper presents a method based on the failure mode and effect analysis of minimal cuts to assess the reliability of large scale complicated power distribution system. The electrical components are combined according to different feedback lines to form equivalent components which are called minimal elements in reliability assessment. The effects that elements have on load point reliability are divided into direct cuts and indirect cuts to analyze the failure mode and effect. Many practical factors, such as effects of line protection, disconnected switches, scheduled maintenance, spare electrical source, spare transformers in power distribution system, are considered. Finally, the effect of this algorithm is tested through the reliability calculation of IEEE RBTS 2 bus reliability test system.
