锯材材积自动计量方法的研究

本文提出了一种锯材材积自动计量的新方法。该方法以单片机为控制核心，采用对射式光电开关测量锯材的长度，绝对式编码器测量锯材的宽度和厚度，通过锯材体积公式自动计量锯材的体积。同时，此方法是针对建筑、装修和木材加工等行业提出来的，其意义在于适应木材市场发展的要求，降低人工测量过程中的劳动强度及误差等问题，提高测量的准确性，保证锯材计量的客观性，进一步体现了木料供货和加工双方之间的公平性。

Lumber volume measurement method of automatically

This paper presents a timber volume of the new method of automatic measurement. The method is based microcontroller for the control of the core, the use of photoelectric switches on the radio measurements the length of sawn timber, absolute encoder measuring the width and thickness of lumber, through timber volume formula automatic measuring timber volume. Also, this method is for the construction, renovation and proposed timber processing industries, and its significance lies in the development of the timber market to adapt to the requirements, which will decrease the labor intensity of the measurement process and error and so on, improve measurement accuracy, ensure the timber the objectivity of measurement, and further reflects the supply and processing of wood fairness between the parties.
