聚合物不熟化配注工艺可行性试验研究

摘    要:为了简化聚合物配注工艺、降低地面投资、提高聚合物溶液的有效黏度,开展了聚合物不熟化配注工艺的可行性试验研究。试验结果表明,不熟化的聚合物溶液,聚合物分子呈溶涨卷曲状态,能大幅度减少机械降解和生物降解的影响,有效提高聚合物溶液的黏度。不熟化的聚合物溶液,到达注聚井井底时,形成了完全溶解的均匀溶液,能够满足注聚需要。采用聚合物不熟化配注工艺,可以大幅度降低地面基建投资,节省大量的人力和物力。

Abstract:To simplify injection allocation technique of polymer, reduce ground investment, and improve effective viscosity of polymer solution, the feasibility test research on immaturity injection allocation technique of polymer is developed. From the test result, in the immaturity polymer solution the polymer molecule is in the swelling crimp state, which can reduce mechanical and biological degradation largely, and improve the viscosity of polymer solution effectively; when the immaturity polymer solution reaches the bottom hole of polymer injection well, it comes into being entirely soluble uniform solution, which can satisfy the polymer injection requirement; applying immaturity injection allocation technique of polymer can cut down ground capital investment largely, and save plentiful manpower and material resource.
