摘    要:作为衡量薄壁类曲面构件结构性能的关键指标,结构的稳定性又受到其上孔洞特征的严重影响。针对带椭圆孔柱壳这一特定研究对象,本文采用参数映射的方法研究了不同长径比、径厚比及椭圆孔位于不同位置对受轴压柱壳屈曲失效载荷的影响,并通过与文献中实验结果的对比验证了其有效性。在此基础上,建立了以椭圆参数为设计变量,壳体屈曲失效载荷最大化为设计目标的开椭圆孔柱壳的优化设计模型,最后通过数值算例验证了形状优化设计技术对开孔薄壁壳体抗失稳能力的显著提高作用。

Abstract:The holes feature on the thin-walled surface has tremendous influence on the structural stability, which is an important structural performance. To research on the cylindrical surface with holes, this paper studies the effects of ratios of the length to the radius, radios of the radius to the thickness and locations of the elliptic hole on the structural buckling load by the parametrical mapping method and the following comparison with the experimental results in the literature proves the validity. Based on the numerical analysis, the optimization model is established with the elliptic parameters as design variables and maximizing the buckling load as the object. Finally, the numerical example shows that the stability of holed surfaces could be enhanced remarkably by shape optimization.
