| 摘 要： | 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了常见谷物及红枣中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn 和Ca5种金属元素含量。利用主成分分析法进行特征金属元素的选取，同时对两类不同物种进行聚类分析，结果表明：主成分析法用于分析样中特征元素的提取和样本间聚类是一种具优势的分析方法。

| Abstract: | The methods of FAAS were applied to determine the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn and Ca of common grains and red jujubes. By principal component analysis selecting characteristic elements, and the cluster analysis of samples. the results showed that principal component analysis is advantage analysis method for selecting characteristic elements in the sample and analysising the classification of samples. |
