应用索氏浸提技术分析工业石油磺酸盐组成

将梯度索氏浸提技术用于测定工业品石油磺酸盐中挥发份、未磺化油、无机盐及纯石油磺酸盐(PS)的含量,同时将纯化石油磺酸盐分为若干级份。主要考察了受热时间、萃取剂体积比(正戊烷:50%异丙醇水溶液)、梯度溶剂类型、提取时间和循环次数对各组分分离效果的影响。利用红外光谱法、电喷雾质谱法分别对分离出的未磺化油和纯石油磺酸盐各级份进行了表征。实验结果表明:在130℃加热3.5 h后,粗品石油磺酸盐干燥完全;正戊烷1∶50%异丙醇-水溶液为1∶1(V)时,经多次萃取和反萃取,所萃未磺化油中不含石油磺酸盐;选择合适梯度的系列有机溶剂可以将纯品PS与无机盐有效分离,同时纯PS被分成具有不同平均当量的多种级分,可用于石油磺酸盐进一步结构分析。该方法优于传统液-液萃取方法,步骤简单,石油磺酸盐提纯与分级同时完成,可以有效分离工业石油磺酸盐各组分及类似混合物。

Application of soxhlet extraction in the composition analysis of industrial petroleum sulfonates
