摘    要:利用三维计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对航空用二冲程重油发动机的扫气过程进行模拟。研究气口仰角、流通面积及开启时刻对与发动机容积效率和扫气损失的影响。在保证发动机容积效率的前提下尽可能地减小扫气损失,并推迟排气口的开启时刻。以发动机整机性能最优为目标,确定最佳的气口参数组合,为发动机整机设计提供理论依据。

Abstract:Multi-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software Fluent was used to simulate the scavenging process of a two-stroke HFE(heavy fuel engine).The influences of ports' parameters,such as ports' angle,the area of the ports,open timing,on scavenging properties was analyzed.In order to reach the best engine performance,limit the scavenging loss,and delay the opening time of the exhaust ports.The optimized ports' parameters provide a theoretical basis for the engine design.
