| Abstract: | Abstract: A new method for image enhancement using McCann algorithm based on Retinex theory has been developed. This paper describes the Retinex theory briefly, discusses the basic steps of image enhancement methods based on the Retinex theory describes the method of the developed McCann Algorithm to improve image enhancement in detail. |
