怒江电网2010年丰大切机方案研究

摘    要:怒江电网2010年丰大运行方式下,外送联络线故障时,将导致部分怒江电网与南方电网主网解列,引发严重高频问题。本文通过仿真研究怒江地区的运行方式和外送能力,确定了计算所需的稳定判据,制定了高频切机方案的计算原则,根据计算原则制定了2010年丰大运行方式下的高频切机方案,并对制定的切机方案进行了适应性分析,最后建议将兰剑线上的外送水平控制在81.9MW以下。

Abstract:Under the 2010 high flow period of the Nujiang Electric Power Grid, when the outgoing connect line breaks down, part of the Nujiang Electric Power Grid will disconnect from the South China Power Grid, and heavy over frequency issue will be raised. Run mode and the outgoing ability of the Nujiang Electric Power Grid were researched by simulations in this paper. Stable criterion needed during calculation was confirmed. Computing principle of over frequency generator tripping project was formulated. Over frequency generator tripping project of the Nujiang Electric Power Grid in the 2010 high flow period was established according to the computing principle. In addition, adaptability analysis of the over frequency generator tripping project was performed. At last the paper suggests that the outgoing level on the Lanping-Jianchuan connect line be controlled beneath 81.9MW.
