| 摘 要： | 中国进入WTO以后，以丰富的经验和资金为基础的外国企业用各种形式进入中国市场,这使得市场内的竞争越来越激烈。现有的国营企业及民营企业还需要持续改革和发展及在设施方面的投资并且同外国企业需要构建多样的合作合办关系才能获得更大的发展。
本研究使用 DEA-CCR, BCC模型，比较分析了物流企业全体运营效率平均值和所有形态别的运营效率平均值，使用超效率模型分析了104个中国物流企业的效率排序。对于非效率DMU, 本研究还提出了管理上的效率改进方案。
