地木耳细胞生物学特征初探

摘    要:通过对地木耳藻丝体染色后,发现营养细胞具有核质区、细胞色素氧化酶集中区和小型液泡;核质区无核膜,被2—6个小型液泡围绕或分隔;异形胞具有较厚的包被,细胞内一般无颗粒状贮藏物,在光镜下异形胞呈均质状,较透明,异形胞一侧或两侧各有一个塞状物;厚壁孢子因活性低,在光镜下呈均质状。

Abstract:After filaments are dyed, we found that nutritive cells have nudeoplasmic region, small vaeules and an area where cytochrome oxidose centrolized. Nudeoplosm is not surrounded by nuclear membrane but revolved round and cut apart by small vacuoles; Het-erofysts have thidear coat, in Hetercysts are more even and transparent through microscope, there is one object likphy in each of side of heterocysts; Akinetes are even and transparent through a microscope because of lowly active.
