摘    要:喷射混凝土因其高效、低成本和高质量,广泛应用于山岭隧道工程中。目前喷射混凝土强度低、回弹率高且对运营期隧道耐久性影响差,已成为亟待解决的问题。针对目前喷射混凝土存在的一系列问题,对高性能喷射混凝土在山岭隧道工程中应用取得的重大进展进行综述。以喷射混凝土在山岭隧道工程应用为背景,首先从掺液体速凝剂、优化材料组分及掺纤维增强材料三个方面系统阐述提高隧道喷射混凝土力学性能实现途径;然后从抗渗性能、抗冻性能、抗碳化性能以及硫酸盐侵蚀性能四个方面系统阐述改善隧道喷射混凝土结构耐久性保障技术。最后结合当前喷射混凝土在山岭隧道建设中存在的问题和发展需要,指出山岭隧道工程喷射混凝土结构应用技术的发展方向。

Abstract:Shotcrete is widely employed in mountain tunnel engineering due to its efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality attributes.At present, the low strength, high rebound rate, and poor impact on the durability of tunnels during operation of sprayed concrete have become urgent problems to be solved.Aiming at a series of problems currently existing in sprayed concrete, Summarize the significant progress made in the application of high-performance sprayed concrete in mountain tunnel engineering.Building upon the backdrop of shotcrete application in mountain tunnel engineering, Firstly, the ways to improve the mechanical properties of tunnel shotcrete are systematically expounded from three aspects:mixing liquid accelerator, optimizing material composition and mixing fiber reinforced materials; Then, the technology of improving the durability of tunnel shotcrete structure is systematically expounded from four aspects:impermeability, frost resistance,carbonation resistance and sulfate attack performance.Finally, combined with the current problems and development needs of shotcrete in mountain tunnel construction, the development direction of shotcrete structure application technology in mountain tunnel engineering is pointed out.
