高校毕业生群体迁移的空间分布实证研究

通过随机选取中国4个省(直辖市)中的7所高等院校的毕业生就业信息,分析了毕业生生源地到就业地之间的距离分布,发现这些来自不同地区,不同学校的毕业生的迁移距离具有标度分布的统计规律。统计结果显示:高校毕业生的群体迁移行为在空间上具有明显偏离泊松过程的胖尾分布。研究还发现形成这种分布的最小数据值和分布指数之间存在着正相关性,并且总是非本地生源对这种分布做出了贡献。

The Empirical Study on Distance Distribution of Graduate Group Migration

On the basis of the registered information of graduates from seven universities,which we selecte at random in four provinces(municipalities),we investigate the statistics of distance distribution.The distance is between the origin of graduates and the place where graduates are employed.It is illustrated that the migration distance of graduates,who are from different regions and schools,has the scaling law.The empirical result raises evidence that the graduate group migration pattern,exhibiting a heavy-tailed space distribution,is driven by a non-Poisson process.We also find that there is an obvious positive correlation between the minimums that obey heavy-tailed distribution and the exponents and the non-local graduates make contribution to this kind of distribution.
