氧方酸与一些酰胺的反应研究

摘    要:氧方酸与磷酰胺HMPA、羧酰胺的可能的反应历程。氧方酸酸解二甲基甲酰胺和二甲基乙酰胺的反应是分步进行的。氧方酸与其它物质在DMF中反应时,不能忽略DMF的参与作用。氧方酸与HMPA反应是制备1,3-双-N,N-二甲基异方酰胺的好方法,与氨基甲酸乙酯或乙酰胺的反应可用于氮氧方酸(3-氨基-4-羟基-3-环丁烯二酮)的制备。

Abstract:The reactions of oxosquaric acid with HMPA and acyl amides are a new kind of reaetion.A possible mechanism was suggested. The acidolysis reaction of DMF and DMA by oxosquaric acid was stepwise occured. When oxosquaric acid reacted with other compounds in DMF,it was not negligible that DMF probably took part in the reaction with oxosquaric acid. The reaction of oxosquaricacid with HMPA is a good method for preparation of 1, 3-- N, N'-- dimethyl isosquaramide.The reactions of oxosquaric acid with ethyl urethane or acetyl amide were used in the preparation of nitroxosquaric acid (3--amino-- 4 -- hydroxy-- 3 -- cyclobutenedione).
