摘    要:为了利用偏振片消除由光照不当等产生的镜面反射,将线性偏振片与彩色工业相机等构成偏振成像系统,提高一些表面光滑物体的成像效果.对构建的偏振成像系统进行了原理分析,并基于系统的稳定性与重复性,证实偏振片的透振方向不会影响系统采集的颜色数值,之后分别采用多项式回归和BP神经网络对其进行了颜色校正,并对比所得结果从中选择出最优的校正算法,以达到在消除镜面反射的同时,较好地保留物体颜色特性的效果.应用该系统及颜色校正结果对电路板成像,既消除了镜面反射光,又使色差从55.5523降低到了4.0439.

Abstract:For the purpose of using polarizer to eliminate the specula reflection caused by inappropriate illumination, linear polarizer and color CCD were employed to build a polarization imaging system to improve the imaging quality of objects with smooth surface. Also, the principle of the system established was analyzed in detail. And then it was verified that the orientation of polarizer has no influence on the value of color gathered by the system based on its stability and repeatability. Finally, color calibration of the system was performed by polynomial regres- sion and BP neural networks, separately. The results are compared in order to find the optimal method for eliminating specula reflection and reserving the color characteristics of objects at the same time. The experiment on a circuit board shows the elimination of specula reflection and the decrease of color difference from 55.552 3 to 4.043 9.
