CO_2气体保护焊电信号采集系统设计

摘    要:利用霍尔电流传感器、霍尔电压传感器和MSP430F5529单片机组成CO2气体保护焊电信号采集的硬件系统,电信号数据传输则通过MSP430单片机内置的USB模块与主机的通信来完成。利用VC++语言并调用Windows和MSP430的API函数编写主机软件和单片机软件,由此组成电信号采集的软件系统。

Abstract:The hall current sensors,the hall voltage sensor and the MSP430F5529 microcontroller form electric signal acquisition hardware system in CO2 gas shielded welding,signal data transmission via communication between USB module of the MSP430 microcontroller and the host.Calling the API function of windows and MSP430,writting software in VC + + language,host software and MSP430 software form the signal acquisition software system.
