中外食品安全法律制度的比较研究——以完善我国食品安全监管体系为视角

通过对中国和日本、美国等主要发达国家和地区的食品安全法律制度进行比较,分析法律制度方面存在的差异,指出我国在食品安全监管中存在着＂多龙治水＂,缺乏统一协调的问题,必须落实责任制,发挥中央政府和地方政府等各方面的监督管理职能。同时,要在生产、安全预警、缺陷产品召回、责任追究赔偿等环节加强全过程监管,以保证食品安全。

Food Safety Foreign Comparative Study of Legal System——to Improve Food Safety Supervision System in China Perspective

Based on the China and Japan,the United States,the European Union and other major developed countries and regions to compare the legal system of food safety,found that differences exist in the legal system,thereby monitoring system of food safety problems and provide recommendations to rationalize the thinking of building.
