| 摘 要： | 从实现可持续发展和反贫困的观点出发 ,运用AHP -Delphi这一新方法建立了可持续发展指标体系。运用该指标体系对南充、成都两地的可持续发展状况进行了纵向与横向的动态评价。揭示了南充这一有较强科技潜力却仍陷于贫困的典型特异地区在依靠科技进步实现可持续发展中存在的稳定性问题 ,并对该地区的可持续发展和反贫困提供了政策建议。

| Abstract: | In this article,an indicator system for dynamic evaluation is established on the basis of the theory of SD(Sustainable development)and viewpoints of fighting against poverty by means of Delphi method. The two cities of Nanchong and Chengdu are compared under this system. It expounds the problem of stability existing in the poor area of Nanchong that has a fairly strong potential of science and technology. Accordingly, some advice to the area is given. |
