自制和进口试剂盒在犬细小病毒检测中的应用

用本研究室研制的犬细小病毒单克隆抗体和多克隆抗体，采用夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ原理，研制成功犬细小病毒快速诊断试剂盒。对８７份犬粪便样品进行检测，并与ＨＡ法和美国ＩＤＥＸＸ公司研制的ＥＬＩＳＡ试剂盒进行比较。结果表明，与ＨＡ法相比，自制试剂盒的敏感性为９３．３％，特异性为１００％，总符合率为９５．４％；与美国试剂盒相比，自制试剂盒的敏感性为１００％，特异性为８４．６％，总符合率为９５．０％，达到国外同类产品

Application of the ELISA kit Made in China and USA for Detecting Canine Parvovirus in Feces

An double antibody sandwich(DAS) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) kit for the detection of canine parvovirus(CPV) in dog feces was developed using CPV polyclonal antibodies and CPV monoclonal antibodies. 87samples were tested, and the results were visually determined without special instrumentation within 30 minutes. Compared with HA assay, the sensitivity of DAS-ELISA kit was 93.3%,the specificity was 100%,and the total coincident rate in both assays was 95.4%, Compared with ELISA kit made in USA,the sensitivity of DAS-ELISA kit was 100%, the specificity was 84.6%, and the total coincident rate in both assays was 95.0%, The higher sensitivity of the DAS-ELISA kit compared with ELISA kit of USA,and their ease of use, make it suitable for routine use in the clinical diagnosis of CPV infection in dogs.
