松嫩平原不同生境土壤细菌数量的季节动态及与环境因子的相关分析

摘    要:以松嫩平原羊草群落、虎尾草群落、碱蓬群落及光碱斑为研究对象,对土壤细菌数量和土壤理化因子的季节动态进行研究,结果表明:四个样地的细菌数量变化均呈单峰曲线,并在八月份达到最大值,八月后逐渐降低;从5月到10月,各样地的细菌数量由大到小的顺序均为:羊草群落〉虎尾草群落〉碱蓬群落〉光碱斑群落;土壤细菌数量与土壤含水量、土壤温度、土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、速氮之间均呈极显著正相关,而与ph值呈负相关,速磷与土壤细菌之间的相关性不明显.

Abstract:The report focusing on typical Leymus chinensis community,Chloris virgata community,Suaeda glavca community and Puccinellia tenuiflora community in Songnen grassland.We determined the soil bacterium amount and environmental factors as well after examination of that particular area.We studied and analyzed the relationship between them due to the different season.The consequence of examinations showed that the amount of bacterium showed a single-peak curve reached at the top of August.After that,the amount is become least and least.Second,from May to October,the amount of bacterium' order on all kinds of typical places is Leymus chinensis>Chloris virgata>Suaeda glavca>Puccinellia tenuiflora.At last,the soil bacterium amount was positively correlated with soil moisture,soil temperature,soil organic matter content,total-N and-P,and available-N.But the correlation between microbial biomass and soil pH showd negatively.There was no signigicant.correlation between microbial biomass and available-P.
