| 摘 要： | 简要回顾了日本1880～1980年间农业创新和发展的历程,并对该期间日本农业产出的影响因素进行了回归分析,认为农业用地、化肥及农业用动力是长期农业产出的影响因素,其中农业用地的影响力最大;验证了关于农业发展两阶段的论断;最后,给出了实证分析的政策含义.

| Abstract: | This paper, discusses the effective factors of agricultural output in Japan, reviews concisely on the agricultural innovation and development histories in Japan during 1880~1980,makes regression analysis on the effective factors of long term agricultural output, agricultural land, fertile and agricultural using power are the effective factors of long term agricultural output, among which the agricultural land is the biggest one, tests and verifies the agricultural two stage development theorem. In the end, puts forward implications of policy. |
