| 摘 要： | 详细分析了发达国家或地区的新城建设实践，从政策、资金、吸引力、规模、产业等角度总结了其建设的经验，并得出了“他山之石”与“拿来主义”、“区域高度”与“个性创新”、“追求效益”与“人本主义”、“可持续性”与“平衡发展”四点启示，以期能够对今后的新城运动起到一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the practices of new town construction in developed countries or regions detailedly.It summarizes the experiences in new town construction from the aspect of policy,fund,attraction,scale and industry,etc.,finally,four enlightenments are obtained,they are stones from another hill and copinism,scales from the point of regional view and personality creation,benefit pursuit and humanism,sustainability and balanced development.It is expected to give references to the future new town movement. |
