插秧机偏置椭圆齿轮后插旋转式分插机构优化设计

摘    要:为了减少水稻秧块横向的挤压和撕扯,提高取秧精度,将农用插秧机偏置椭圆齿轮后插旋转式分插机构简化成椭圆齿轮曲柄连杆滑块机构.对曲柄连杆滑块机构进行运动学分析,建立其速度运算数学模型,并针对简化模型进行优化设计.实验证明,简化模型为农用插秧机提供了一种优化设计方法.

Abstract:In order to reduce transverse compression as well as tearing of rice seedlings and raise seeding accurateness,backward rotary transplanting mechanism with offset elliptic gear transplanter was simplified into elliptic gear crank link slide,whose kinematic analysis was made to establish a mathematic model for its speed caculation.Based on the simplified model,optimization design was made.The experimental results show that the simplified model provides an optimized design method for transplanter.
