回流式无级变速传动系统起步控制特性分析

摘    要:在充分阐述回流式无级自动变速传动系统起步工作机理和各关键部件工作特性的基础上,建立了该传动系统的动力学仿真模型,制定出离合器自动接合的恒转速起步控制策略,并通过系统仿真分析对所制定的控制策略加以检验.结果表明:起步离合器从动盘存在转速快速提升的特性,在同等起步时间条件下,离合器起步滑摩功低于3 kJ,仅相当于传统车辆起步时产生的滑摩功的1/3.
