三种有机插层剂对高岭土的改性研究

摘    要:利用二甲亚砜、丙烯酰胺、硅烷偶联剂等有机插层剂对高岭土进行插层改性。采用正交实验设计,通过改变三种有机试剂的添加剂量、反应温度、改性时间三个因素,得到27组样品。利用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪及扫描电镜等对样品进行表征,发现三种有机插层剂对高岭土插层效果较好,其中硅烷偶联剂对高岭土的改性在增加层间距以及结构稳定性方面的效果最好。

Three Kinds of Organic Intercalation Modification Agent on Kaolin

Abstract:The kaolin intercalation complexes were prepared by dimethyl sulfoxide,acrylamide,silane coupling agent interca-lated to kaolin.Orthogonal experiment method was used,getting twenty-seven samples by changing the reaction temperature and the dose of organic reagents,as well as the intercalation time.The intercalation complexes were characterized by FTIR, XRD,SEM and so on.The results showed that the three kinds of organic intercalation had great influence on results of the intercalation.Silane coupling agent is the best modifier for kaolin of the three organic intercalation agent in increasing the layer spacing and structural stability.
