1995～2005年中国软式排球科研队伍状况分析

运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,对1995～2005年间国内73种期刊上公开发表且被"中国期刊全文数据库"收录的,有关软式排球的176篇科研文章的作者进行分析发现:软式排球科研队伍已经形成,但核心作者群非常薄弱;科研工作者年龄分布主要集中在30～45岁的中青年科研群体中,且高等院校教师是我国软式排球科研的主要力量;整个科研文章的作者群中,中级和副高级职称人员人数比例高,而正高级、初级作者人数较少.

State Analysis of Scientific Researching Team of Soft Volleyball from 1995 to 2005 in China

Using the methods of documentary,statistics,logical analysis,to analyse the authors of 176 thesises which published on 73 domestic periodicals and taken by CNKI in soft volleyball fi-eld. The results show the scientific researching team in the field has already formed,but the core author team is weak,the authors in this field mainly distribute in youngs and middle ages from 30 to 45,the teachers in college and university are the main force,among the author group,the proportion of middle title and vice senior title is high and the senior and junior title is low.
