franchise agreement ranks as the prior condi tion and core part amon g the BOT package
contracts.This article throws light on the legal nature and ma in content of franchise
agreement,cites some legal obstacles in the current prac tice of BOT investment in China
and therefore puts forward some constructive sug gestions on legislation. |
