城市道路信控交叉口车辆延误分析与治理对策

摘    要:文章以合肥市三孝口信控交叉口为例,分析了城市道路信控交叉口车辆的运行过程和确定延误方法,分别采用韦伯斯特模型法和点样本实测法对其进行延误计算和比较,结果表明两者接近。最后评估了三孝口信号交叉口的服务水平,并提出综合治理对策,为城市交通规划、交通管理和区域交通控制提供参考依据。

Abstract:The process of vehicle travel at signal intersections on the urban road and the method to ob-tain the delay are described.A case study of the Sanxiaokou intersection in Hefei City is made.The Webster model and the individual sample survey method are used to compute the vehicle delay respec-tively.The results of the two methods are close.The service level of the intersection is evaluated,and some countermeasures of comprehensive control are presented.This study is benificial to traffic plan-ning and management and local traffic control in cities.
